Ribs and Brisket with all the fixin’s served buffet style sponsored by Tier1.
Pairings will be done by splitting the high and low handicaps, then the high handicaps draw a partner from the higher half.

Teams will then be up for auction.  You can buy your team or others.  20% goes to Children’s Hospital.

Members and Guests, please create an account or update your current account on Court Reserve, either online at https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/5866 or download the app CourtReserve and select Hidden Trails as your club.

When updating or creating your account please make sure to include:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number in order to receive text reminders about drills and programs at Hidden Trails Tennis and Pickleball Center

Also, Parent/Guardians please sign up your junior players in Court Reserve as well. This will enable you to register them for the monthly Junior Programs, Tournaments, or Special Events.

Andrew Gilman is from Norman and has been teaching pickleball all over the area for the past year,
including at Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club and Quail Creek Golf and Country Club.

Andrew is a former newspaper writer as well as morning radio show host. In addition to teaching pickleball,

I have been an active tennis parent for the last six years, supporting my daughter Hope’s tennis journey. Along the way, I have met a lot of great players, parents, and coaches. I have seen a lot of amazing tennis facilities and tennis programs within our community. I am passionate about tennis because it is a happy place and time for so many people. It is a game one can enjoy their entire life from Juniors to Seniors. I am extremely excited to be part of the Hidden Trails Tennis Center Team, providing opportunities for tennis to everyone and growing the love of the game.

I have 25 years customer service experience, specializing in corporate events and meetings. Responsible for the organization and execution of up to 30 meetings and events per month.  Developed and implement business policies and procedures. Processed invoices, budgets, and reports. Coordinated individual travel needs for both corporate and leisure clients.

In my community I enjoy volunteering with a local pug rescue, we foster dogs until they are healthy and ready for the forever home. Girl Scouts and I am a certified USTA Play Safe volunteer.

• $50 Per Player

Men’s, Ladies, Couples, and Juniors Club Championship all in One!

Men’s Club Championship

Men’s Gross and Net Scores are Posted. 36 Holes of Individual Stroke Play. The field will be divided into four flights. The Low Gross score in the field will be deemed the 2021 Club Champion. In addition, there will be a trophy for Low Gross and Net in each flight (except Champions Flight is Gross Scores Only) and one Overall Low Net Champion. Prize payout will be based on the total number of entries in each flight.  Gross and Net Winners will be paid Gift Certificates.  Additional $20 skins competition in each flight ($10 Per Person/Per Day/Per Flight).

Ladies Club Championship

Ladies Net Scores are Posted but Gross Champion is Rewarded as 2021 Club Champion.  Trophies for Low Gross, Low Net, Low Gross Senior.

Couples Club Championship

Couples do not play together, they play separately in his/her division and total Net Scores are posted, with Total Gross Scores Awarded Club Champs and Net Champs Awarded Shop Credit.

Eligible to Play: 18 Years or Older.  You must be a Golf Member, Corporate Family Plus or Corporate Individual Plus Member to be eligible to play.  You must be in good standing (paid up).

Saturday Tee Times will begin at 8:30am.  Sunday Tee Times will begin at 1pm.  Tee Times will be posted in the Pro Shop.  Sunday starting times will be based on the competitor’s first round gross score within each flight.
