Hidden Trails Thanksgiving “In a Box” is a complete holiday meal for 10 people,

Celebrate Veterans Day at Hidden Trails Country Club!
Our open Ceremony and 1st tee time begin at 8 AM and will continue until dark.
We wish to honor the men and women who served our country by inviting each of them to a complimentary round of golf and an All-American Buffet sponsored by Jason Moon and Tier1 Contracting. We like to say thank you each day of the year, but we will set aside this Wednesday to show them that our members truly appreciate all they have sacrificed!
If you know any active duty or retired military with an ID, please be sure to send them the invite.
They can even bring a friend for $55.
Veterans get 1st priority on tee times. Members have the ability to book tee times 48 hours in advance.

Thank you to all members for allowing our crew to work and restore our club.
With the course under repair, please take these few days with no chance of golf to reach out and help your neighbors recover from the ice storm. Many of our members are returning home sore from cutting and clearing all day, but if you have dug out of your own yard, be sure to offer help to senior citizens, single mothers, the sick or people recovering from surgery, as well as the guy who lets his dog go to the bathroom on your lawn. Soon all this will be behind us and we will feel great we were able to rise to the occasion!
Jeans allowed until March 1st. Proper dress code remains the same except jeans are now acceptable.
Now that winter is approaching, and a bit behind us, remember to pair up whenever possible. Roughly half the cart fleet will have covers, so you must pair up or pay $10 for the other half of the cart.
Virtual Golf will be up as soon as possible and available during normal hours.
We will be discontinuing Proshop VIP at the end of the year and will not be offering it in 2021. I appreciate all our patrons who purchase all of their golf apparel, golf equipment, and accessories through the HT Golf Shop and will continue to offer price matching, free custom fitting, demo programs, and sales throughout the year.
With the pandemic looming large over the golf industry, it may be difficult to keep golf balls and equipment in stock at times, but rest assured they are on order. Let me know if you need custom products far in advance to make sure gifts are received before Christmas.
Dining is open from 8am until the last person leaves.

The golf course will close on Thanksgiving Day and will reopen Friday at 8am to dark.
Please join us in thanking all the employees this past year. From the Outside Maintenance, Pro-shop, Kitchen, and Servers, we want to give a thank you to all. On the December 1st statement, we will assess a $40 bonus to give thanks this season.
Next week we will be sending info out via email for our Thanksgiving To-Go: complete thanksgiving Dinner for you and your family! The last day to take orders will be Friday, November 20, and pick-up will be on Wednesday, November 25 by 5 PM.

Dear members,
I hope everyone is safe after the ice storm and are getting back into their ‘normal’ routines. Hopefully, you can take a break from everything & come join us for some tennis or pickleball fun.
We have had some amazing events in October. I am grateful to all who came, all who helped with preparation/organization and finally thanks to our members who are always there to support us.
Take a look at some of the pictures from our Grand Re-Opening Fundraiser as well as the Grand Slam Tournament. We had a blast!
We are thrilled we were able to raise funds with this event to help pay for our brand new outdoor court lights. Special thank you to 3 amazing ladies (picture below), our members Lexa Shafer, Gay Harris and Janet Hand who helped tremendously in making this event a success. They donated majority of silent auction items and put a lot of time and energy in helping prepare for this event.
We had 4 different brackets; US Open, French Open, Australian Open and Wimbledon.
Over 80 people competed for a Grand Slam Title, lots of fun!

This tournament is a fundraiser ran by Gene Click. The tournament proceeds will go to Putnam City North High School.

H.I.T.S match play (doubles and singles) will be available to all ages and levels every 2nd Saturday in the month.
The match scores are recorded on UTR.
